Arranging Services
When making funeral arrangements, for either traditional services or cremation, there are a number of items you'll need.
Things you will need for arrangements are information for the obituary and death certificate, including: Where the deceased is from, their current address, ancestry, education, Social Security number, if they owned any cemetery property, their name at birth, organizations belonged to, place of employment, if they were retired, a list of survivors (spouse, siblings, children, and grandchildren) and any church affiliation. |
