Traditional Funeral Services
| A traditional funeral service generally consists of a day or two of visitation at the funeral home followed by a funeral service at a church or the funeral home with the deceased's body present. With this type of service, there would be: Embalming, dressing and casketing of the deceased, having a visitation and funeral, selecting a casket, running an obituary in the newspaper and bringing in pictures and personal items of the deceased that would represent his or her life.
